As part of our commitment to Racing and eSports, WPG Racing Solutions has built, from the ground-up, a custom designed contact centre that immerses our agents in “everything racing”!
From the moment an agent walks in the door, they are greeted at the “starting line” with a “race track” that leads them down a hall, through our training centre/lounge and into our secure agent area. Once there, our agents sit in their own “racing chair”, where 7 days a week, they engage fans from all over the world. There is even a “Winners 1st-2nd-3rd Podium” where top performing agents stand to be acknowledged by their peers after each race or event.
At the heart of WPG Racing Solutions is a unique Training Room/Lounge. It is a multi-use space where we can train from 2 to 24 agents simultaneously. Videos, TV and Presentations are projected onto a 450 cm (180”) wall and our sound system lets them feel the “thunder” of the race. We use the training room to proactively test the services of our customers and give them feedback on any challenges we may find as part of our Quality Assurance services. When not being used for training, the room converts into a staff lounge where they can relax and watch replays of the races.
Just as every Race and eSports competition are held on various tracks and venues all over the world, we designed WPG Racing Solutions facility to be a “flexible and fluid” space. We designed custom furniture that lets us reconfigure our work areas into work modules of 1 to 8 staff to accommodate from as few to as 10 to as many as 60 staff simultaneously. Even the Training Centre can be re-configured into a further workspace to accommodate 24 agents during Race and Event Weekends. Our Core agents all work on Laptops to let them be mobile and interactive with each other.
WPG Racing Solutions is located in the same building across the hall as its sister companies; WPG Solutions and Encore Telecom. For extra-large event these facilities can accommodate nearly 100 additional staff on the weekend.
WPG Racing Solutions is located in central Bucharest. It is 3 minutes from the Dristor Station where there are 2 Metro lines E-W and N-S so; staff, candidates and customers all within a 30km of Bucharest are typically no more only 30 minutes away.
